Enterprise QA Automation Engineer (ServiceNow/Salesforce)

What you will do

• Develop and execute risk-based testing strategies for enterprise change and release processes.
• Design and execute functional, regression, integration, automated, end-to-end, and post-deployment validation tests.
• Maintain automated test scripts using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework and validate Salesforce configurations, workflows, integrations, and Apex impacts.
• Validate data integrity and data flows across ServiceNow, Salesforce, Mendix, ERP-integrated platforms, and third-party systems.
• Document, track, and report defects, test coverage, quality metrics, and release readiness with development, business, and release management teams.
• Support UAT, change management, CAB activities, SOX controls, ITGC validation, audit readiness, and continuous QA process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, software testing, or a related role.
• Experience testing enterprise applications, including ServiceNow and Salesforce, across multiple systems and environments.
• Strong understanding of functional, regression, integration, and enterprise testing methodologies.
• Experience with IT change management processes and release cycles.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese is required. Familiarity with SOX compliance requirements and IT General Controls is also required.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, including basic understanding of Apex and its testing impact.
• Experience with test automation frameworks, integration testing, end-to-end workflows, JIRA, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of Agile and DevOps practices.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
