Salary: $170,000 - $185,000

What you will do

• Design, deploy, and maintain Kubernetes (EKS) platforms for multi-tenant enterprise workloads.
• Lead application migration to containerized architectures.
• Develop reusable IaC modules using Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK.
• Automate cluster lifecycle tasks, including provisioning, upgrades, scaling, and patching.
• Implement monitoring, observability solutions, and GitOps workflows.
• Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity standards, including RBAC and least-privilege policies.

Requirements

• Active Interim Secret Clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
• Must be based in the United States.
• 8+ years of experience (with Bachelor's) or 6+ years (with Master's) in CS, IT, or Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with AWS (EKS, EC2, VPC, IAM, ECR).
• Proficiency in Kubernetes architecture, operations, and Docker container security.
• Experience with Linux system administration, specifically Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).

Nice to have

• Experience implementing GitOps workflows with ArgoCD or Flux.
• Proficiency with Ansible for configuration automation.
• Experience with container security tools like Anchore, Twistlock, or Aqua.
• Familiarity with service mesh technologies such as Istio or Linkerd.
• Knowledge of DoD cloud security frameworks (STIGs, NIST 800-53, RMF).
