Salary: $23.83 - $26.97 per hour

What you will do

• Conduct basic to complex dimensional measurements and visual cosmetic inspections.
• Verify part counts and ensure packaging and fulfillment accuracy.
• Enter process information into computer-based data systems.
• Identify quality issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Provide guidance and training to entry-level coworkers.
• Analyze trend data to improve work processes and individual performance.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, or refugee/asylee due to ITAR regulations.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to read blueprints and navigate 3D models in CAD software.
• Mechanical aptitude with experience in a machine shop or CNC environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic measurement instruments.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
