• Partner with clients to translate complex business requirements into practical capital markets solutions.
• Configure and deliver scalable system solutions aligned with industry best practices.
• Collaborate with global teams to design, test, and implement high-quality financial systems.
• Support clients throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initial design to go-live.
• Identify opportunities to enhance product capabilities and internal processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
• 3–8+ years of experience in capital markets, consulting, or financial technology.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish are required.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into functional solutions and influence stakeholders.
• Experience working in collaborative, global environments.

Nice to have

• Experience across asset classes such as FX, Fixed Income, Derivatives, or Equities.
• Knowledge of risk management concepts including market, credit, and liquidity risk.
• Experience with software delivery or implementation projects.
• Proficiency in Portuguese.
