What you will do

• Define the iOS architecture roadmap and drive modernization efforts.
• Build POCs and evaluate new frameworks, technologies, and third-party SDKs.
• Tackle complex app performance, concurrency, and memory management challenges.
• Mentor developers and conduct thorough code reviews to foster technical excellence.
• Implement new features and lead the adoption of Swift and SwiftUI best practices.
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines and lead accessibility (A11y) compliance efforts.

Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, plus 5 years of professional iOS engineering experience (or 7 years of experience without a degree).
• 5 years of experience using Swift for high-performance applications with over 1 million users.
• 3 years of experience with SwiftUI and modern architectural patterns like MVC/MVVM.
• 3 years of experience documenting systems and technical specifications.
• 2 years of experience with RESTful APIs, dependency management, and CI/CD pipelines.
