What you will do

• Develop and maintain GRC frameworks and policies to ensure compliance with international standards.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and gaps.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement and monitor security controls.
• Manage compliance documentation and support internal and external audit processes.
• Provide guidance on security best practices and regulatory requirements across the organization.

Requirements

• Must be based in Amsterdam or able to work from the Amsterdam office.
• Proven experience in GRC, information security, or audit roles.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC2, or GDPR.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable security tasks.
