What you will do

• Develop and maintain components for loan origination, risk decisioning, and ledger functionality.
• Uphold high code quality through comprehensive testing, peer reviews, and idiomatic Rust practices.
• Influence architectural decisions using Domain-Driven Design and microservice patterns.
• Integrate AI-assisted tooling to accelerate development, testing, and debugging workflows.
• Optimize system performance to minimize memory contention and meet financial-grade SLAs.
• Collaborate with global teams in English on cross-functional planning and code reviews.

Requirements

• 3+ years of backend experience in high-performance languages like Rust, Go, Java, or C++.
• Strong understanding of concurrency, memory management, and distributed systems.
• Proficiency in English for technical discussions and asynchronous collaboration.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Openness to AI-assisted coding and ability to integrate AI-driven workflows.
• Demonstrated security awareness and accountability in a global team environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the Rust ecosystem (Tokio, Serde, SQLx).
• Experience with Redis, Kafka, or cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS/GCP).
