What you will do

• Achieve total quality performance across multiple strategic supplier sites.
• Apply root cause analysis and structured corrective action plans to resolve technical and contractual issues.
• Collaborate with functional organizations at supplier sites and hirify.global Aero to ensure quality goals.
• Verify mechanical methods for complex machined parts and assemblies.
• Monitor QMS and manufacturing processes to sustain production delivery requirements.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen due to security clearance requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field.
• 2–5 years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Blueprint Reading, First Article Inspection (FAI), and GD&T.
• Knowledge of AS9100, AS9102, and RCCA methodologies.
• Must be within a reasonable driving distance to assigned suppliers.

Nice to have

• Green Belt or Six Sigma certification.
• Experience with PFMEA and APQP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
