Salary: $99,700 – $198,720 (depending on location and experience).

What you will do

• Achieve total quality performance across multiple strategic supplier sites.
• Collaborate with functional organizations to solve technical and contractual quality issues.
• Lead suppliers in developing and executing plans for defect-free product flow.
• Apply root cause analysis (RCCA) and corrective action processes to resolve production issues.
• Perform surveillance of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and manufacturing processes.
• Ensure supplier performance aligns with quality goals and production delivery requirements.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen due to government security clearance requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field.
• Proficiency in Blueprint Reading, First Article Inspection (FAI), and GD&T.
• Working knowledge of AS9100, AS9102, and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience with RCCA, PFMEA, and mechanical verification of complex parts.
• Must be within a reasonable driving distance to assigned suppliers in the Greater Los Angeles Area.

Nice to have

• Green Belt or Six Sigma certification.
• Experience with APQP and Mistake Proofing tools.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
