What you will do

• Lead and perform high-risk/category 3 sterile compounding operations.
• Supervise and mentor sterile compounding technicians to ensure SOP compliance.
• Oversee aseptic processes including garbing, cleaning, and environmental monitoring.
• Maintain rigorous quality assurance standards for strength, purity, and sterility.
• Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations and assist with inventory control.
• Collaborate with the Head Compounding Pharmacist and QA teams to ensure safe practices.

Requirements

• Must be a Pennsylvania Licensed Pharmacist.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in sterile compounding or equivalent.
• BS or PharmD degree.
• In-depth knowledge of USP 795, 797, and 800 guidelines.
• Proven experience with aseptic techniques and cleanroom equipment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift at least 25 pounds.
