What you will do
- Develop and implement clear programme plans to ensure the successful delivery of CETP outputs and regional events.
- Monitor political and macroeconomic developments impacting the energy sector in the MENA region.
- Conduct in-depth analysis and prepare briefings for IEA management and donor countries.
- Liaise with government counterparts, international organisations, and funding bodies.
- Produce content for the IEA website, regional media, and social media channels.
Requirements
- Advanced university degree in engineering, energy economics, international relations, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in energy-related project management or liaison activities.
- Proven experience working with or within the Middle East and North Africa region.
- English: C1 proficiency required; Arabic: strong working knowledge required.
- Must be a national of an member country.

- Working knowledge of French.
