What you will do

• Manage complex medical cases including air ambulance evacuations and long-term inpatient admissions.
• Collaborate with medical professionals and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient case management.
• Review and approve transportation invoices while maintaining accurate financial projections.
• Ensure all service level agreements and key performance indicators are consistently met.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and support to junior team members to foster service excellence.
• Identify and escalate operational risks or opportunities for service improvements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of claims or case management experience OR 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills with a professional and empathetic approach.
• Ability to manage sensitive situations under pressure.
• Excellent organizational and decision-making capabilities.
• Proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience in insurance, healthcare, or assistance environments.
• Knowledge of claims processes and policy interpretation.
• Additional language skills.
