What you will do

• Design and operate data and AI platforms as code using GitOps workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
• Build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines to support AI/ML model training, feature engineering, and inference.
• Enable GenAI and RAG capabilities by curating and indexing data for vector databases and internal AI agents.
• Implement proactive monitoring for data quality, schema integrity, and model drift.
• Operationalize models by integrating data pipelines into MLOps workflows and maintaining model versioning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into enterprise-ready architectures.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of experience in data engineering, platform engineering, or infrastructure roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with fluency in JSON, YAML, and shell scripting.
• Proven experience with Git-based workflows, Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience operating workloads in Azure and AWS.
• Direct experience applying LLMs and GenAI platforms in enterprise environments.
