Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 USD

What you will do

• Support strategic product plans by aligning pricing, distribution, and promotional approaches with long-term business goals.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to guide new product development through the full stage-gate process.
• Collaborate with Revenue Growth Management, Sales, and Finance to evaluate channel dynamics and pricing strategies.
• Advocate for the voice of the customer by analyzing market trends and customer preferences.
• Support sales teams through training, industry events, and ongoing partner engagement.
• Coordinate with Operations, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to monitor product performance and support launches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of product management experience in manufacturing, consumer durables, or a related industry.
• Proven experience supporting new product development from concept through launch.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for collaborative decision-making.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to travel up to 15% for industry events and field sales support.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced degree in Marketing or Business.
• Experience with both B2C and B2B product environments.
• Background in home improvement or durable goods.
