What you will do

• Lead and oversee the technical work of less experienced departmental staff.
• Design software architecture and create comprehensive technical documentation.
• Develop code for new, existing, or enhanced software products.
• Collaborate with Product Management and UX teams to evaluate roadmaps and requirements.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and streamline routine tasks.
• Ensure releases are completed on-time, on-target, and on-budget.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building production systems in Java.
• 2+ years in a principal or architect role.
• Proficiency with cloud infrastructure, containers, Terraform, and CI/CD.
• Good business English (B2 level) for technical documentation and stakeholder communication.
• Proven success working in international, distributed teams.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10%.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, payments, or e-invoicing.
• Knowledge of regional tax and compliance requirements.
• Graduate degree in a related discipline.
