What you will do

• Design, implement, test, and deploy high-performance backend services focused on trading connectivity.
• Integrate new liquidity providers into the hirify.global network to enhance platform efficiency.
• Own the end-to-end integration process from requirements gathering to production deployment.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, support, and client teams to support the full trade lifecycle.
• Continuously improve the scalability, reliability, security, and performance of the platform.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of software engineering experience, ideally in Go or Java.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to assess, troubleshoot, and debug complex integration issues.
• Experience building and maintaining sophisticated, high-performance backend systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and team interaction.
