What you will do

• Lead the development of innovative financial solutions within the Payment Experience team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and ship new features.
• Establish development best practices and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot critical system issues.
• Mentor team members while maintaining hands-on coding responsibilities.
• Contribute to long-term technical strategy and project execution plans.

Requirements

• Must be based in Singapore.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of backend development experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Strong proficiency in Go (Golang).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

Nice to have

• Experience with payment systems.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with AI tools like Cursor.
