What you will do

• Provide technical leadership and direction to a team of engineers in Singapore.
• Design and implement robust, scalable data infrastructure tailored to engineering needs.
• Develop self-service platforms and tooling to improve engineering productivity.
• Conduct comprehensive testing and quality assurance to ensure system reliability.
• Perform ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of deployed software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.

Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering experience.
• Must be based in Singapore.
• Demonstrated expertise in Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitOps.
• Hands-on experience with at least one programming language.
• Previous experience in leading and mentoring a team of engineers.
• Bachelor degree or above in computer science or engineering related majors.

Nice to have

• Data streaming engineering experience.
• Prior experience with Kafka, Flink, or Spark.
