DevOps Engineer, Infra (AI)

Location: Asia; work-from-home arrangement, subject to the business team's work requirements

What you will do

• Design, deploy, and maintain highly available, scalable, and reliable backend infrastructure.
• Manage AWS and AliCloud infrastructure, including performance optimization, cost management, and operational excellence.
• Operate Kubernetes clusters, distributed backend systems, and supporting infrastructure services.
• Build CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation with GitHub Actions, Terraform, and Ansible.
• Investigate production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive improvements.
• Develop DevOps platforms, monitoring, observability, alerting, and AI-assisted operational automation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience operating Kafka and Redis in large-scale production environments.
• Proficiency in at least one of Python, Go, or Java, plus SQL programming skills.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong experience with GitHub Actions, Ansible, Terraform, and CI/CD practices.
• At least 3 years of AWS experience; experience with GCP, Azure, or AliCloud is a plus.
• Practical experience building or operating AIOps systems and integrating LLM-based tools such as Dify, Agno, or LangChain into operational workflows.
