What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for HR inquiries via tickets and phone calls across the EMEA region.
• Provide professional guidance to employees and managers while ensuring all errands are registered in the C4C system.
• Maintain and update internal knowledge databases, including FAQ and knowledge base articles.
• Guide clients to the HR self-service portal to encourage independent information retrieval.
• Escalate complex issues to HR Administrators or Specialists for second-line support.
• Ensure all service requests are resolved within established SLA timeframes.

Requirements

• University degree in the HR field.
• 1-2 years of professional experience in HR or customer service.
• Excellent command of English required.
• Must be based in Budaörs, Hungary.
• Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Italian and/or Spanish.
