What you will do

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in K-12, Higher Education, and Nonprofit organizations.
  • Develop joint success plans and conduct executive business reviews to track value realization.
  • Analyze customer health and usage data via Gainsight to identify risks and proactively drive action plans.
  • Advocate for customer needs internally to influence product and service improvements.
  • Support renewal efforts and lead recovery initiatives for at-risk accounts.
  • Contribute to customer engagement programs including webinars, user groups, and conferences.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience supporting the Canadian social impact sector (nonprofits, K-12, or higher education).
  • Strong understanding of the Canadian fundraising and education landscape.
  • Proven ability to manage complex accounts and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience with hirify.global CRM and/or Raiser's Edge NXT.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into action.
