What you will do
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in K-12, Higher Education, and Nonprofit organizations.
- Develop joint success plans and conduct executive business reviews to track value realization.
- Analyze customer health and usage data via Gainsight to identify risks and proactively drive action plans.
- Advocate for customer needs internally to influence product and service improvements.
- Support renewal efforts and lead recovery initiatives for at-risk accounts.
- Contribute to customer engagement programs including webinars, user groups, and conferences.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience supporting the Canadian social impact sector (nonprofits, K-12, or higher education).
- Strong understanding of the Canadian fundraising and education landscape.
- Proven ability to manage complex accounts and drive measurable outcomes.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and/or Raiser's Edge NXT.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive audiences.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into action.
