What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, patients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage the full customer lifecycle from onboarding through retention and issue resolution.
  • Maintain clean and accurate data within Zoho CRM, including pipelines, tasks, and activity history.
  • Coordinate across internal teams to ensure seamless handoffs and consistent service delivery.
  • Track and report on key success metrics, bottlenecks, and customer satisfaction patterns.
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance documentation, drafting, and overall workflow productivity.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer success, account coordination, or patient support roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Zoho CRM or comparable CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently during Eastern Time business hours.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, warm tone.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a healthcare-adjacent environment with strict documentation and privacy boundaries.
