What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, patients, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage the full customer lifecycle from onboarding through retention and issue resolution.
- Maintain clean and accurate data within Zoho CRM, including pipelines, tasks, and activity history.
- Coordinate across internal teams to ensure seamless handoffs and consistent service delivery.
- Track and report on key success metrics, bottlenecks, and customer satisfaction patterns.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance documentation, drafting, and overall workflow productivity.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer success, account coordination, or patient support roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Zoho CRM or comparable CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently during Eastern Time business hours.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, warm tone.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a healthcare-adjacent environment with strict documentation and privacy boundaries.
