What you will do
- Monitor the performance and availability of IT infrastructure, facilities, and applications.
- Handle incoming communications from support teams, customers, and vendors.
- Diagnose user desktop system issues and manage ticket escalation.
- Ensure incident management processes and corporate notification SLAs are respected.
- Participate in change control and release procedures.
- Administer service requests and reporting tasks.
Requirements
- English: B2 level required
- Working knowledge of Help Desk or Customer Support operations.
- Understanding of IT technical standards for servers, infrastructure, and network technology.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- University degree or relevant professional experience.
