• Ensure systems are patched, compliant, and following best practices.
• Mentor and assist team members to elevate overall technical skills.
• Collaborate with customers and alliance partners to align technical solutions with business needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience providing IT support.
• Proven experience working in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in infrastructure service domains.
• Effective problem-solving skills to optimize ways of working.
• Location: Based in Mexico City.
