Requirements

• Technical knowledge and expertise in a relevant technology or service domain.
• 0-2 years of experience providing IT support.
• Proven experience working in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a growth mindset.
• Ability to work in a hybrid-friendly environment in Mexico City.
