What you will do

• Provide proactive maintenance and operational support for internal and external systems.
• Act as a customer point of contact and coordinate interventions with resolver groups.
• Participate in the adoption of new services and automation strategies.
• Manage incident and problem resolution according to SLA standards.
• Perform configuration, installation, and repairs of supported products.
• Manage local suppliers and assist with technology onboarding.

Requirements

• Degree qualification in a Technical, Information Technology, or Electronics field.
• Technical knowledge of Windows Servers and Cisco network products.
• Familiarity with radio technologies such as TETRA or DMR.
• Understanding of ITIL and Service Management practices.
• Must be based in London, UK.
