What you will do

• Develop and enhance Pipeline-as-a-Service using Go and Java.
• Build and expand development environment infrastructure for ephemeral, hermetic environments.
• Scale production CI/CD infrastructure to support future demand.
• Define and enforce governance strategies to ensure environmental parity and high quality across services and artifacts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with Go, Java, or similar languages.
• Proficiency with containerization and cloud environments.
• Knowledge of configuration management for distributed systems across multiple environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for translating technical concepts to both engineering and business audiences.
• High-level understanding of Java, Python, or Bash/Unix scripting.
• Experience with CI/CD operations and tooling, including continuous deployment in a Kubernetes environment.

Nice to have

• Aptitude for using AI coding tools (e.g., Windsurf, Cursor) to improve software development and operational efficiency.
