• Leverage AI and automation to streamline submission flows and case investigations.
• Define and track operational performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct gap analyses to identify and resolve structural inefficiencies.
• Optimize user-facing communication templates to ensure clarity and empathy.
• Ensure full compliance with global payment regulations and card scheme rules.

• Proven data analysis skills to interpret operational insights.
