Что делать

• Monitor daily payment and card operations, including onboarding, tokenization, settlement, and billing.
• Perform daily operational controls and reconciliations between payment processors and financial systems.
• Investigate and resolve transaction discrepancies, failed payments, and disputes.
• Analyze financial data to identify risks, errors, and process issues.
• Perform root cause analysis for incidents affecting payment services and system integrations.
• Coordinate issue resolution with external vendors, processors, and card issuers.

Требования

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, IT, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in banking, card operations, or payment processing.
• Excellent command of English and Bulgarian, both written and spoken.
• Understanding of payment standards, transaction lifecycles, and reconciliation processes.
• Basic understanding of IT environments and system integrations.
