TL;DR

Location: Must be based in California (USA) or Vancouver (Canada)

Salary: $132,100 – $165,100 (USA) / CAD $96,800 – $121,000 (Canada)

What you will do

  • Define and execute the product roadmap for scaling the Service business, balancing immediate needs with long-term opportunities.
  • Analyze frontline workflows and system constraints to identify and reduce operational friction.
  • Partner with Engineering, Finance, and Design to prioritize improvements in workflows, data visibility, and tooling.
  • Translate business and user needs into detailed product requirements and user stories for development teams.
  • Own the product lifecycle of features and initiatives from discovery through launch and measurement.
  • Optimize internal platform capabilities for technicians and advisors to increase day-to-day efficiency.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in product management, operations, or consulting with strong analytical skills.
  • Proven track record of collaborating across technical and operational teams.
  • Experience working on products at the intersection of software, operations, and business performance.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and prioritize ruthlessly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Must be based in California (USA) or Vancouver (Canada).

Nice to have

  • Experience in service operations, after-sales, or field operations.
  • Proficiency with CRM, ERP, or other enterprise service management systems.
  • Experience in automotive, retail service, or other operationally complex sectors.
  • Familiarity with using AI/ML or automation to enhance operational efficiency.
