What you will do

• Design and build scalable backend solutions in Go for high-load, business-critical systems.
• Collaborate within a Scrum team to plan workflows and contribute to strategic technical decisions.
• Shape the overall system architecture and ensure long-term maintainability.
• Maintain high code quality through rigorous code reviews and clean, testable implementations.
• Document code and collaborate on infrastructure improvements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience with at least 4 years using Go as the primary language.
• Hands-on experience with betting-related products is a must.
• Deep understanding of Go internals (data structures, multithreading, memory management, GC).
• Proficiency in relational databases and optimizing complex SQL queries.
• Solid knowledge of Linux, Docker, Kafka, and Kubernetes.
• English: Intermediate (B1) and Russian: Upper-Intermediate (B2) required.

Nice to have

• Experience in finance or domains where high data integrity is critical.
• Knowledge of distributed applications and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with DDD, Clean Architecture, or Hexagonal Architecture.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and Clickhouse.
