What you will do

• Lead the design and development of high-performance backend services in Go.
• Drive architectural decisions within a microservices ecosystem and define integration patterns.
• Optimize CPU/memory utilization and fine-tune Go's garbage collector and concurrency primitives.
• Design efficient data models and optimize complex queries in PostgreSQL/MySQL for thousands of QPS.
• Build observability using metrics, logging, and distributed tracing, performing root cause analysis for production incidents.
• Mentor engineers and conduct thorough code reviews to promote engineering best practices.

Requirements

• 4–5+ years of commercial experience with Go, including deep knowledge of memory management, scheduler, and atomic operations.
• Proven experience building and operating large-scale distributed systems in high-load production environments.
• Strong expertise in PostgreSQL or MySQL optimization, replication, and clustering.
• Hands-on experience with messaging platforms like NATS and Apache Kafka.
• Solid understanding of Linux internals, networking, Docker, and Kubernetes.
