Compensation: £165,000–£190,000 GBP (OTE).

What you will do

• Act as a technical thought partner to the GTM team to drive strategic programs and deepen partner technical capabilities.
• Collaborate with partners to identify high-value GenAI use cases and codify reference architectures.
• Provide direct technical support to unblock strategic customer deals where partners are the primary delivery vehicle.
• Represent Anthropic at partner events, workshops, and hackathons to evangelize AI solutions.
• Gather and synthesize product feedback from partners to inform the product roadmap and strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing or partner-facing roles (e.g., Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer).
• Proven track record of partnering with GSIs or cloud providers to deliver complex technical solutions.
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with LLM frameworks, machine learning, or data science.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK (visa sponsorship available).
