What you will do
- Serve as the primary contact for helpdesk inquiries, providing telephone and desk-side support for software and hardware.
- Build, upgrade, and maintain PC systems, including setting up network access for new users.
- Troubleshoot issues related to security, viruses, connectivity, and overall computer performance.
- Manage the helpdesk ticket queue and follow established escalation paths for critical issues.
- Leverage AI-enabled tools, such as chatbots and analytics assistants, to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency.
Requirements
- College degree in a related field or equivalent technical training.
- A+, MCP certifications or a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Office 365, and Intune configuration.
- Experience with PC hardware (Lenovo/Dell) and mobile devices (iOS/Android).
- Skill in prompting AI systems and assessing the quality of the output.
- Willingness to engage in occasional travel and work in rotational shifts to support a global workforce.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Mac and Linux operating systems.
