What you will do

  • Serve as the primary contact for helpdesk inquiries, providing telephone and desk-side support for software and hardware.
  • Build, upgrade, and maintain PC systems, including setting up network access for new users.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to security, viruses, connectivity, and overall computer performance.
  • Manage the helpdesk ticket queue and follow established escalation paths for critical issues.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools, such as chatbots and analytics assistants, to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • College degree in a related field or equivalent technical training.
  • A+, MCP certifications or a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Office 365, and Intune configuration.
  • Experience with PC hardware (Lenovo/Dell) and mobile devices (iOS/Android).
  • Skill in prompting AI systems and assessing the quality of the output.
  • Willingness to engage in occasional travel and work in rotational shifts to support a global workforce.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Mac and Linux operating systems.
