What you will do

  • Handle global customer inquiries and issues across email, chat, and voice channels.
  • Collaborate with product managers and marketing teams to resolve complaints regarding platforms and services.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of company products to provide effective support in preferred languages.
  • Build and nurture relationships with company partners and external stakeholders.
  • Escalate unresolved queries to Level 2 support or supervisors according to operational procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work in Budapest, Hungary
  • Diploma in finance, customer service, linguistics, crypto-related studies, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in language-related roles such as translation, interpretation, or localization.
  • High proficiency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and adhere to a given schedule.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills to navigate challenging linguistic situations.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with the cryptocurrency and fintech industry.
  • Experience with CRM tools, specifically Zendesk.
  • Working knowledge of MacOS, Lark, Microsoft Office, and G-Suite.
