What you will do
- Handle global customer inquiries and issues across email, chat, and voice channels.
- Collaborate with product managers and marketing teams to resolve complaints regarding platforms and services.
- Maintain deep knowledge of company products to provide effective support in preferred languages.
- Build and nurture relationships with company partners and external stakeholders.
- Escalate unresolved queries to Level 2 support or supervisors according to operational procedures.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work in Budapest, Hungary
- Diploma in finance, customer service, linguistics, crypto-related studies, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in language-related roles such as translation, interpretation, or localization.
- High proficiency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and adhere to a given schedule.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills to navigate challenging linguistic situations.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with the cryptocurrency and fintech industry.
- Experience with CRM tools, specifically Zendesk.
- Working knowledge of MacOS, Lark, Microsoft Office, and G-Suite.
