What you will do

• Provide strategic technical security guidance to globally distributed product development, execution, and sales organizations.
• Define and implement the vision and strategy for the Product Security organization across software and OT solutions.
• Perform technical security risk assessments of internally developed and third-party products.
• Mentor security engineers and security champions on a global scale.
• Drive the integration of security into every phase of the product development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with leadership to advance technical and operational capabilities for robust product security.

Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a security engineer/architect role.
• Extensive experience with public cloud security models (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Deep knowledge of Operational Technology (OT) security and associated regulatory frameworks.
• Expertise in AppSec, zero trust security models, and advanced threat modeling.
• Significant experience with Infrastructure as Code, Kubernetes, serverless, and DevSecOps.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or another STEM discipline.

Nice to have

• Graduate degree in a technical field.
• Technical certifications such as GIAC or Offensive Security (especially in ICS, AppSec, or Cloud).
• Experience presenting complex security topics at industry conferences.
