Salary: $150,000 – $300,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Harden GCP, Kubernetes, and container environments using Terraform and CI/CD to ensure workload isolation and network segmentation.
• Protect and encrypt video/metadata ETL data pipelines with full logging and observability via SIEM and OpenTelemetry.
• Manage identity, access, and secrets including PKI, key rotation, and least-privilege baselines.
• Secure the software supply chain through scanned builds, dependency checks, and hardened GitHub Actions runners.
• Lead the op-sec program, including threat modeling, red-teaming, tabletop drills, and incident response.
• Ensure compliance across creator and AI training data sets.

Requirements

• Experience hardening GCP (or AWS equivalents) and Kubernetes environments.
• Proficiency with Terraform, GitHub Actions, and secure-by-default guardrails.
• Experience with observability tools like Cloud Logging, SIEM, OpenTelemetry, or Honeycomb.
• Knowledge of workload identity, KMS, and Secret Manager.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in New York City.
