A growing manufacturing business in West Leeds seeking to strengthen its financial reporting and insight.

What you will do

• Lead month-end and deliver accurate management accounts and KPI reporting.
• Own balance sheet control and ensure strong financial governance.
• Partner with department heads on cost management and performance.
• Support budgeting and forecasting across P&L, cash flow, and working capital.
• Manage cash and debtor finance, including weekly reporting to senior leadership.
• Oversee audit, HMRC compliance, and lead stock analysis and BOM/NPD costing.

Requirements

• CIMA/ACCA qualified.
• Strong experience within the manufacturing sector.
• Proven people management experience.
• Confidence working with Senior Management Teams and operational leaders.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.

Nice to have

• Exposure to debtor financing.
• Experience with ERP/Business Central.
