What you will do

• Support launch of new IT products aligning with company strategy and stakeholder objectives.
• Define product vision, goals, and document features, user flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Assist in planning and executing product launches and monitor performance improvements.
• Support integration of automation and AI features across IT products.
• Maintain product roadmap and resolve user bottlenecks with clear documentation.
• Ensure projects follow internal frameworks and reporting standards.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid in Limassol, Cyprus
• Relocation package available for EU citizens
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation ability.
• Excellent English communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
• Basic understanding of UX principles and tools like Figma.
• Ability to learn project management and product detailing.
