TL;DR

Founding Sales Development Leader (AI/Logistics): Building and scaling a world-class SDR organization to generate pipeline for AI agents in the logistics industry with an accent on outbound strategy and process optimization. Focus on designing the SDR playbook, coaching talent, and aligning outbound motions with revenue goals.

Location: New York or San Francisco. Remote options available only for candidates based in the US.

Salary: $190,000 - $250,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Diagnose and optimize the current SDR motion and define strategies to meet short- and long-term pipeline targets.
  • Build the comprehensive playbook for SDR excellence, covering activity metrics, messaging, and accountability.
  • Coach and develop SDRs through structured 1:1s, call reviews, and skill-based training.
  • Align with Marketing and Sales on ICPs and campaigns to ensure outbound efforts tie directly to revenue goals.
  • Track team performance using key metrics such as meetings booked, pipeline generation, and conversion rates.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop future SDR talent as the organization scales.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS or technology sales experience.
  • 2+ years of experience leading SDR or BDR teams.
  • Proven success building or scaling outbound programs that consistently exceed pipeline targets.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Apollo, and Sales Navigator.
  • Must be based in the US (for remote roles) or located in New York/San Francisco.
