What you will do

• Reverse engineer undocumented APIs, ERPs, TMS platforms, and internal systems.
• Design and build integrations between customer environments and the AI platform.
• Debug production failures across distributed systems, data pipelines, and third-party dependencies.
• Work onsite with customers to diagnose issues, deploy fixes, and drive successful launches.
• Own customer go-lives end-to-end, from technical discovery through production stability.
• Identify implementation patterns and translate them into reusable product capabilities.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience building and owning production systems in high-growth startups.
• Strong experience with APIs, authentication systems, integrations, and event-driven architectures.
• Proven ability to debug complex systems under real production constraints.
• Comfortable operating with ambiguity and incomplete information.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in San Francisco or New York.

Nice to have

• Experience with logistics, supply chain software, or ERP systems.
• Experience with automation platforms or workflow tooling.
