What you will do

• Partner with the Commercial Team to identify whitespace opportunities and develop tailored, insight-led proposals.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, aligning technical solutions with their specific business challenges.
• Expand Consumer and Shopper solutions into new client segments to drive profitable revenue growth.
• Create success stories and case studies to demonstrate the impact and effectiveness of product solutions.
• Collaborate with global Subject Matter Expert communities to share best practices and refine product knowledge.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in consulting, analytics, or consumer/shopper research (segmentation, landscaping, path to purchase).
• Strong business development skills and the ability to translate client needs into actionable solutions.
• Experience in proposal development and familiarity with sales processes and tools.
• Professional proficiency in Italian and English is required.
• Thought leadership experience, including content creation and presenting at events or webinars.
• Preferably possess a personal car (automuniti).
