What you will do

• Spearhead the implementation of digital bankhirify.global solutions for SME clients.
• Design and optimize frictionless onboardhirify.global processes from functional needs to technical execution.
• Identify and translate business requirements into functional requirements and technical specifications.
• Extract meanhirify.globalful insights from data to inform strategic business decisions.
• Collaborate with product, UX, risk, and operations teams to design new functionalities.
• Build and maintain reports for department usage and analyze cross-bank data.

Requirements

• Fluent Italian and English language proficiency required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Engineerhirify.global.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a business analyst in the financial industry.
• Proven experience with IT projects and cross-functional collaboration (Legal, Compliance, Credit Risk).
• Strong knowledge of retail and business bankhirify.global.
• Experience with digital processes, onboardhirify.global capabilities, and content management systems.
