What you will do

• Own and shape the overall product portfolio strategy for wind service upgrades, including prioritization and investment decisions.
• Lead new product development from ideation to market roll-out, creating robust business cases and roadmaps.
• Define and improve the product development operating model, portfolio governance, and KPIs.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across commercial, technical, operational, and regional teams.
• Manage the full product lifecycle with a focus on profitability and scalability.
• Optimize the portfolio through structured scaling, enhancement, or phase-out decisions.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Product or Portfolio Management, ideally within wind or renewable energy.
• Proven track record of leading new product developments from concept to successful market roll-out.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and commercial mindset for portfolio-level decision making.
• English: Fluent (C1) required.
• Location: Must be based in or be able to work from Porto, Portugal.

• German and/or Spanish language skills.
