What you will do

• Own the documentation site as software, including the docs-as-code repository and CI/CD publishing pipelines.
• Build and grow AI-augmented workflows for drafting, summarization, and consistency checks with human oversight.
• Structure and transform content to ensure it is reliably consumable by AI agents and RAG pipelines.
• Generate reference documentation from OpenAPI specs and maintain synchronization with platform code changes.
• Lower the barrier for internal contributors to ship documentation through automated workflows.
• Manage the release-notes cadence and maintain the documentation style guide.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience owning documentation tooling or content engineering for developer-focused products.
• Engineering proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
• Fluency with docs-as-code, including Git, CI/CD, and static-site publishing pipelines.
• Hands-on experience building AI-augmented or LLM-backed workflows.
• Strong editorial judgment and ability to read/reason about complex codebases and APIs.
• Must be authorized to work in the US as no visa sponsorship is provided.

Nice to have

• Experience making documentation consumable by AI agents (llms.txt, MCP servers).
• Background in BioPharma, scientific software, or GxP-regulated environments.
• Experience generating reference docs from OpenAPI specifications.
• Developer-relations or developer-education exposure.
