Senior Data Scientist (Automotive)

What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable machine learning models to optimize vehicle selling and demand management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into growth-driving ML solutions.
• Work with engineering and product teams to embed Data Science services into the company's tech infrastructure.
• Monitor and improve model performance in production and communicate actionable results to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior data scientists and define technical direction and best practices.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of hands-on experience with traditional ML and neural networks applied to real-world business scenarios.
• Strong background in statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and A/B testing.
• Expertise in Python, SQL, and frameworks such as PyTorch, Keras, or TensorFlow.
• Proven track record of managing the full DS lifecycle, including cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
• English: Fluency required for effective collaboration in an international team.
• Location: Must be based in or associated with Germany.
