What you will do

• Execute and monitor automation pipelines within Azure DevOps.
• Categorize failures by distinguishing between test defects, environment issues, data errors, and code bugs.
• Perform root cause analysis and debug automation scripts written in Playwright and Selenium.
• Resolve issues related to flaky selectors, synchronization/timing, and assertion mismatches.
• Validate API failures using Postman and GraphQL tools.
• Inspect logs and telemetry using App Insights and pipeline logs to track trends and provide triage reporting.

Requirements

• Strong debugging and analytical skills.
• Experience with logs, APIs, and UI troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with the test automation lifecycle.
• Experience with observability tools such as App Insights and Azure monitoring.

Nice to have

• Experience in the Mortgage or FinTech industries.
