What you will do

• Design and develop advanced AI algorithms, frameworks, and software architectures.
• Implement and optimize machine learning and deep learning models to meet performance and accuracy benchmarks.
• Conduct research and experimentation in AI, including physical AI and robotics applications.
• Collaborate with product teams and external partners to develop scalable AI solutions.
• Develop code using Python and contribute to robotic simulations and VLA (Vision-Language-Action) model training and fine-tuning.
• Manage data collection and preprocessing to enhance datasets for training and validation.

Requirements

• Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ months of experience in AI and machine learning engineering principles.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Experience with data collection, preprocessing, and analysis.
• Hands-on experience or coursework in robotics, robotics simulation, or physical AI.
• Knowledge of creating and fine-tuning vision-language-action (VLA) models.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Understanding of computer vision, convolutional neural networks, or NLP concepts.
