What you will do

• Lead the installation, commissioning, and adaptation of sensor-based sorting systems at customer locations.
• Represent the company as a technical consultant, analyzing customer needs to provide tailored solutions.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize application models and algorithms for system integration.
• Perform regular maintenance and implement upgrades to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Conduct in-depth fault analysis and provide both remote and on-site troubleshooting support.
• Prepare training content and conduct sessions for customers and internal service teams.

Requirements

• Education or training in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• Previous experience in field service, maintenance, or installation.
• Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and using hand tools according to safety standards.
• Very good knowledge of Dutch and English.
• Willingness to travel over 80% of the time, including multi-day assignments.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of German.
