TL;DR
Growth Manager (Performance Marketing): Managing and growing a portfolio of 5-15 advertiser accounts to increase top-line revenue with an accent on ROAS optimization and data-driven decision making. Focus on tuning internal ROAS targets, translating commercial needs to technical teams, and scaling advertiser spend.
Location: Remote (Must be based in Vietnam)
Salary: €60K – €80K

What you will do
- Own 5-15 advertiser accounts end-to-end, serving as the primary point of contact for growth and troubleshooting.
- Drive revenue growth and optimize top-line performance based on data.
- Manage ROAS targets per offer, geo, and OS using tools like Hex, Amplitude, and Looker Studio.
- Proactively identify growth opportunities and prevent metric drops before advertisers notice.
- Bridge the gap between commercial partners and technical engineering teams.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures for the Growth team.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Vietnam
- Language: Fluency in English and Vietnamese is required
- Strong ability to analyze data and communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Capability to handle both commercial conversations and technical discussions with algorithm teams.
- Hunger for high-ownership, high-intensity environments.
Nice to have
- Experience with performance marketing metrics (ROAS, LTV, retention, ARPU).
- Background in managing advertiser accounts in mobile gaming or rewarded UA.
- Hands-on experience with MMPs like AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular.
- Experience in top-tier consulting (MBB) or as a Senior Associate in a scale-up.
- Proficiency with Hex or admin panels of rewarded UA platforms.
